How to make a referral

To refer a client to Valley View Recovery Center, follow the steps below and someone from our team will be in contact to assist you:

1. Make a referral or admissions inquiry via phone call. You may also fax or email the Valley View Recovery Center admissions team a recent assessment to begin the process.

2. Within 1 business day, our admissions team will contact you for additional information if needed. 

3. If you or your client is appropriate for Valley View Recovery Center’s program, our admissions team will reach out to set up an intake appointment. 

4. Once all necessary information and admissions materials are received, you or your client is ready for admission to Valley View Recovery Center. 

Our admissions team will work with you to confirm funding approval from your county or insurance provider, and will reach out to coordinate a move-in date for you to start your journey and treatment experience with us.  Wondering what to expect? View our frequent questions page.
